Abstract

Metacognitive strategies in developing students' academic writing skills play a key role in improving the quality of their work and their ability to learn independently. These strategies help students not only master the technical aspects of writing, but also develop a deeper understanding of the material, which in turn contributes to the formation of critical and analytical thinking.
