The main focus is on the role of social innovations in increasing employment, developing human capital, improving the education and healthcare systems, reducing regional inequality, and forming inclusive economic growth. The study utilized theoretical sources, comparative analysis, a systems approach, and generalization methods. As a result, it is substantiated that social innovations are not only a means of solving social problems but also an important factor ensuring economic stability, competitiveness, and long-term development.
