This article examines the social characteristics of cultural factors and their strategic functions in enhancing the spirituality of young people in the context of contemporary social transformation. The study conceptualizes youth spirituality as a multidimensional phenomenon encompassing moral consciousness, cultural identity, social responsibility, intellectual development, civic engagement, and value orientations. Particular attention is paid to the role of family, education, cultural institutions, national traditions, literature, art, digital media, and civil society in shaping the spiritual and moral worldview of the younger generation. The article argues that cultural factors should not be understood merely as instruments of cultural transmission; rather, they constitute an important social mechanism through which values are internalized, social identities are constructed, and young people acquire the capacity for conscious and responsible participation in society. The strategic functions of cultural factors are analyzed in terms of value formation, socialization, cultural continuity, civic integration, intellectual development, prevention of destructive ideological influences, and adaptation to globalization. The study concludes that strengthening youth spirituality requires an integrated cultural policy based on the constructive synthesis of national cultural heritage, universal human values, critical thinking, modern education, and digital cultural literacy.
