This article analyzes the theoretical and practical foundations of organizing a system of spirituality and enlightenment in higher educational institutions that train industrial personnel. It also covers the issues of ensuring the spiritual and moral development of students, educating them on the basis of national values and universal principles. The mechanisms for effective organization of spiritual and enlightenment work in the educational process, their compatibility with innovative approaches and their significance in educating young people are revealed. The article establishes priority areas for training competitive, highly spiritual specialists for the modern industrial sector.
