Abstract

This article describes the development of creative abilities of future preschool teachers and the pedagogical, psychological and professional requirements for educators. In the article, the concept of formation of the personality of the educator and creativity is analyzed in a mutual way. The role of the pedagogue in the development of children’s creative abilities in preschool educational organizations is explained. Also, the role of the educator’s creativity in the formation of children’s independent thinking and imagination is revealed. Issues of creating a creative environment through the use of modern educational methods and innovative approaches are considered. The importance of the educator’s personal qualities, including patience, kindness, and initiative, is emphasized. It is emphasized that future pedagogues need to work on themselves and develop professionally.
