Abstract

The Impact of Strategic Decision-Making and Implementation Practices on Educational Quality and Institutional Performance. This study examines the impact of strategic decision-making and implementation practices on educational quality and institutional performance. The research explores how educational institutions develop, implement, and evaluate strategic decisions to achieve organizational goals and improve educational outcomes. Particular attention is given to leadership effectiveness, resource allocation, stakeholder involvement, and the monitoring of strategic initiatives. The study analyzes the relationship between strategic management practices and indicators of institutional success, including academic achievement, organizational effectiveness, and service quality. The findings are expected to provide recommendations for enhancing institutional performance through effective strategic planning and implementation.
