This study examines the linguistic mechanisms, sociocultural drivers, and morpho-syntactic trends shaping the development of gender-sensitive vocabulary and feminatives in modern language. Utilizing a corpus-assisted sociolinguistic framework, the research analyzes contemporary lexical innovations, derivational suffixes, and semantic shifts aimed at enhancing female visibility in professional and public spheres. The paper evaluates how modern media, legislative reforms, and digital communication accelerate the adoption of feminine job titles and gender-neutral expressions. By investigating public attitudes, institutional guidelines, and structural language constraints, the findings reveal a clear trajectory from traditional masculine generic usage toward inclusive linguistic paradigms. Ultimately, the study highlights the dynamic interplay between institutional policy and organic language evolution in accommodating modern gender roles.
