THE ROLE OF AZIZXO'JAYEV ALISHER ABBOSOSVICH IN ENSURING THE RULE OF LAW IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

This article discusses the issue of ensuring the rule of law in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the role of a scholar in this process. The author emphasizes that the rule of law is one of the fundamental principles in the country and analyzes the scientific and practical efforts aimed at embedding this principle into the life of society and the state. The article also highlights the importance of a scientific approach in the lawmaking process, as well as the participation of scholars in the development and adoption of laws. In addition, special attention is given to activities aimed at improving legal awareness and legal culture among citizens.
