THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF THE PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT AND ITS ROLE IN ENSURING FAMILY STABILITY

This article analyzes the legal nature of the marriage contract, one of the important institutions of modern family law, and its role in ensuring family stability. The legal foundations of the conclusion, amendment and termination of the marriage contract in the context of family legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan are studied. The author examines the stereotypes that exist in society towards this institution, substantiating its advantages in preventing property disputes as well as regulating property relations between couples. The article puts forward practical proposals to improve the national legislation and enrich the legal culture of the population, taking into account foreign experience.
