This article presents issues related to improving the methodology of teaching biophysics in higher medical education institutions through innovative pedagogical approaches. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to enhance the quality of biophysics education in modern medical education, develop students’ competencies in integrating theoretical knowledge with practical activities, and effectively utilize digital educational technologies. During the research, the impact of problem-based learning, clinical case-based teaching, project-based learning, virtual laboratories, e-learning platforms, and interactive teaching methods on the effectiveness of biophysics education was investigated. The results of the pedagogical experiment demonstrated that the systematic implementation of innovative teaching methods significantly improves students’ academic achievement, independent thinking, clinical reasoning, and professional competencies. The findings confirm that integrating traditional teaching approaches with modern pedagogical technologies is an important factor in improving the quality of biophysics education.
