Abstract

The development of primary school students is one of the most important objectives of modern education. Physical and personal development are closely interconnected processes that significantly influence children's academic achievement, social adaptation, emotional well-being, and future success. The purpose of this study is to analyze the theoretical foundations of physical and personal development among primary school students and determine the pedagogical conditions necessary for their effective implementation in educational practice. The research employed theoretical methods, including analysis, synthesis, comparison, and generalization of scientific literature related to child development, physical education, psychology, and pedagogy. The findings demonstrate that regular physical activity positively affects cognitive functions, emotional stability, social competence, and self-esteem. Furthermore, the integration of modern pedagogical technologies into physical education lessons contributes to the comprehensive development of learners. The study emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive educational environment that promotes both physical health and personal growth. The results may serve as a theoretical basis for improving educational programs and teaching strategies aimed at fostering healthy, active, and socially responsible individuals in primary education.
