This article covers the issues of ensuring social adaptation of students through the development of educational clusters in the conditions of inclusive education. The content of the educational cluster, its components, and the importance of cooperation between the educational institution, family, and community in the personal development and social integration of students are analyzed. Also, modern approaches and practical aspects of effective organization of educational work in an inclusive educational environment are considered.
