Abstract

Any legal norm is formed primarily by the customs and moral rules formed in society. The obligation to provide materially for the parents has long been recognized as a moral and social duty imposed on the child, regardless of whether it is enshrined in law. Therefore, the relationship between parent and child is largely based on voluntary mutual aid and support.
