FACTORS OF MANIFESTATION OF THE HARMONY BETWEEN NATIONAL INTERESTS AND SPIRITUALITY IN THE ACTIVITIES OF CIVIL SOCIETY INSTITUTIONS

This article examines the socio-philosophical foundations of the harmony between national interests and spirituality within the activities of civil society institutions in Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the role of civil society organizations in preserving national values, strengthening civic identity, ensuring social cohesion, and promoting sustainable democratic development. Particular attention is paid to the dialectical relationship between national interests and spiritual values under the conditions of globalization, digital transformation, and increasing ideological competition. The research argues that civil society institutions perform not only social and legal functions but also serve as essential mechanisms for cultivating civic responsibility, patriotism, tolerance, and moral consciousness. The paper further demonstrates that the effectiveness of civil society largely depends on its ability to integrate national cultural traditions with universal democratic principles without undermining national identity. The findings indicate that the harmonious interaction between national interests and spirituality enhances public trust, strengthens social solidarity, and contributes to the formation of an active civil society capable of responding to contemporary political, economic, and cultural challenges. It is concluded that reinforcing the spiritual foundations of civil society represents one of the strategic priorities for the sustainable development of New Uzbekistan.
