Abstract

This article covers socio-historical traditions and modern approaches to the formation of mutolaa culture. It shows the scientific and practical aspects of promoting book reading among young people on a global scale, the development of software and project activities in this direction on the basis of state intervention and social participation in achieving their active readership, the active use of Internet technologies and the search for socio-psychological mechanisms aimed at increasing the activity of reading.
