Abstract

This article examines the historical roots of national and universal values in culture from a socio-philosophical perspective. It analyzes the dialectical relationship between national identity and universal human values, their formation, development, and significance in cultural progress. The study explores the views of Eastern and Western thinkers on culture, civilization, and values, highlighting the role of cultural heritage in preserving national identity while fostering universal human solidarity. The article concludes that the harmonious integration of national and universal values serves as an essential factor in ensuring cultural continuity, social stability, and sustainable development in the era of globalization.
