THE ROLE OF STUDENT SPORTS LEAGUES IN INCREASING YOUTH'S PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: ON THE EXAMPLE OF WRESTLING

This article examines the role of student sports leagues in increasing youth physical activity, the impact of wrestling on the physical and personal development of students, and the significance of sports competitions in promoting a healthy lifestyle. The study highlights the opportunities created by student leagues, the development of willpower and discipline through sports, and the improvement of physical fitness. The author’s achievements in the Republican Student League wrestling competitions in 2025 and 2026 are presented as a practical case study.
