Abstract

This article analyzes crimes committed using artificial intelligence technologies and issues of legal liability for such crimes. The study highlights the role of artificial intelligence in modern society, legal problems arising from its use, and threats related to cybercrime, fake video technologies, automated fraud, and illegal access to personal data. Based on international experience and the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the article develops scientific recommendations and proposals for improving liability for crimes related to artificial intelligence.
