The article discusses the psychological aspects of management activities. Particular attention is paid to the current activities of managers and their psychological characteristics. The influence of the relationship between the manager and the managed object, the conditions for optimizing these relationships, as well as recommendations for ensuring the overall effectiveness of management activities are described in detail.
