This article provides a comprehensive pedagogical analysis of the substance of artistic education and upbringing within the framework of modern educational theory. Artistic education is substantiated as an essential pedagogical factor in the formation of aesthetic thinking, creative abilities, emotional sensitivity, and moral values of the individual. The study systematically examines the conceptual foundations, structural components, and educational potential of artistic education. Particular emphasis is placed on the integration of national cultural heritage and universal human values as a key condition for enhancing the effectiveness of artistic upbringing. The results of the research scientifically confirm the pedagogical significance of artistic education in the holistic development of personality.
